Bio3 meets the requirements of Personal Data Protection, in compliance with Law 15/199 of December 13th.

Bio3 introduces all personal data given by its customers or web users in an automated personal data file created and managed by Biodes SL. It adopts the required technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed.

These data are used to provide a better web experience and to inform about all the news and promotions of Bio3 which might be of interest to the customer, having previously obtained its approval.

In Bio3 we commit ourselves by all the means to guarantee the confidentiality of mentioned data and use them only for aforementioned purposes.
