 Purchase warrants

The items offered on this website are a selection of Biodes' range of products and meet the same quality and guarantee requirements as those offered for sale on the premises where Bio3 is distributed.

 

Each product carries following information:

Purchasing process

a) Select the items you want to purchase and add them to the shopping cart by clicking on them.
b) The shopping cart will show the reference number, name, quantity and price (including taxes) of each item.

ATTENTION: The price shown does not include transport fees; these vary according to the weight and destination of the orders. 
c) The order form will request personal data that will be incorporated to our database in order to process it and facilitate new purchases at Bio3. You will have access to your personal data and information of your orders at all times. Remember to give accurate data in order to avoid misunderstandings and incidents at shipping the items you have purchased. In addition, if so agreed, we will mail and / or e-mail samples, information and publications of Bio3.
d) Once you have fulfilled the purchase order, a summary of it identifying the product, total price (including shipping and taxes) and shipping information will be shown. If you agree with it, please confirm by clicking on "Confirm Order".
e) Orders shall be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Paypal). No other forms of payment will be accepted. The card charge will be made online, i.e, in real time, through the payment gateway of the relevant financial institution.
f) Payment will be confirmed instantly and your order will be prepared the next day. 
g.) Bio3 reserves the right to send the same product with a different presentation to that shown on the web, because of availability or changes in its presentations.
h) An e-mail with an order description and personal details will also be sent to your attention.  Non-receipt of this message can be due to a temporary network problem or an error in the provided email address. In both cases, it is advisable that you contact shop@bio3.es.

 

Currency and Taxes

The prices on this website are in Euros. According to current legislation, Biodes, SL has to charge VAT on all orders.
Once completed the purchase order, and prior to the payment of the order, we will show a final summary identifying the purchased item/s and the total price (taxes and shipping included).
If the delivery address is changed later on, the prices shown in the final order summary may vary.

Payment and security

Biodes, S.L. accepts only payments made through credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Paypal).
The charge for payments by credit card will be online, i.e., in real time, through the payment gateway of the relevant financial institution, after establishing the veracity of the information. In order to provide maximum security to its payment system, Biodes, SL uses secure payment systems of leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this sense, confidential payment data are transmitted encrypted (SSL) directly to the relevant financial institution.
As a measure to ensure secure payment and in order to assist in the prevention of fraud over the Internet, Biodes, SL reserves the right to verify the supplied personal data and take action as appropriate, including cancellation of the order.

Items purchased at Bio3 will be sent through UPS Courier Company.
