lo llevo tomando desde hace una semana aprox y es una maravilla! es cierto que aunque note su efecto desde el primer día que lo tomas, a mi me enamoró este producto cuando llevaba tomándolo unos 3 días. A partir de ahí duermo cada noche como un lirón y se nota mucho que te levantas con más energía! En mi caso compra obligatoria. Me encanta! :)
